Maple Lane is a partnership between vineyard owners Richard and Lucy Parks, and winemaker, Bradley Smith. Richard and Lucy purchased the vineyard in 2005 with a dream of making world class wine. Via a mutual friend, the Parks and Brad met and the partnership was born.

The Maple Lane vineyard is situated in the heart of the Napa Valley between the towns of St. Helena and Calistoga and next to the Mayacamas mountains. On this fifteen acre vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are grown.

The weather patterns in this region consistently produce some of the greatest Cabernet Sauvignon wines in the world. The vines have full exposure to the morning and afternoon sun, with the hills to the west providing shade from the late afternoon heat. This allows the fruit to ripen gradually over the growing season. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, using permanent cover crop to provide a home for native fauna. The farming philosophy for Maple Lane is to always combine the wisdom of the past with the knowledge of the present.
