As the largest vineyards in Calaveras County, our estate not only supports the needs of our own winery, but for years has sold fruit to the renowned Carneros Creek, Stag's Leap, and Rodney Strong wineries. Under the watchful eye of Jose Aguilar, who came to us after 20 years cultivating vines in Napa and Sonoma, the Laraine Winery vineyards have become synonymous with Sierra Foothill excellence and are noted for producing some of the most outstanding fruit in the region.

From the cool-loving Chardonnay to the heat-seeking Sangiovese, dozens of micro-appellations exist within our estate, allowing us to carefully adapt our vineyards around their terroir. As a result, our red varietals demonstrate deep, earthy, Burgundian undertones, while our whites show a lovely, crisp, fruit driven quality.
