Hasley Cellars is an ultra premium winery on California’s Central coast. Our grapes are sourced from low yielding vineyards in the Paso Robles AVA. Our winemaker’s resulting Bordeaux style blends have garnered awards and recognition for their high quality. We use natural, old world methods to achieve our goal of producing the finest wines in the world. All our grapes are gently, hand picked. Our wines are aged a minimum of twenty months in small, French oak barrels. After reaching the proper level of maturity, we blend the wines to make a Bordeaux style blend.
Hasley Cellars selects the finest grapes from the Paso Robles AVA to produce full bodied red wines. Our relationship with vineyard owners ensures that our grapes come from vineyards with low yields and small berries producing outstanding fruit. All our fruit is hand harvested and we employ the gentlest processing in producing our wines.
