In the rural countryside of North Texas lies Grayson Hills Winery. Our small vineyard and winery is nestled on 38 acres of rolling hills surrounded by the native woods of large oak, pecan, and redbud trees. Just 45 minutes northeast of Dallas, the landscape of picturesque southeastern Grayson County is one Texas' best kept secrets.

Grayson Hills Winery symbolizes the down home sensibility and simplicity that the area evokes. The rolling hills, the country roads, and the aroma of wine from the cellar all tend to your soul. Since 2000, the romance of the vineyard has been shared with families like yours through growing, harvesting and making fine wine. The winery is rooted in our family's pursuit of a dream-to share the passion and celebration of fine grape growing and winemaking while providing a destination that unites the ideals of integrity and respect with creativity and innovation. Our wine brands reflect the changing seasons in the vineyard.

The "old red barn" winery overlooks the vineyards in a very secluded setting. At night the stars light up the vineyard and grounds. During events, you can have a glass of wine in “The Loft” or relax on the tasting deck that overlooks the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard. Enjoy a picnic in one of the gardens, a warm fire in one of the pits or just “kick back” in a hammock under the oaks.

We cherish your interest and support of our collections, and we hope they inspire you to honor and celebrate family traditions both old and new.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
