Cahill Winery is located in Green Valley near Graton, California in the Russian River Appellation on Sonoma's West County Regional Trail. The winery was founded in July 2005 when Cahill acquired an existing kosher winery in the heart of apple country.

The kosher winery production facility was replaced with
traditional wine making practices and equipment to make
aperitifs, ports and fine wines with future plans to make specialty grappas & apple brandies using locally grown, sustainable fruit products. Don Payne brings his expertise as a distiller and wine maker to create unique products.

The winery is named after Don's grandmother who inspired him to pursue a career in food and wine. The Payne family lives at the winery and raise an organic garden along with a wide variety of pets & livestock, including Duke and Daisy, the German Shorthair winery dogs.

The winery staff and Payne family create a visitor friendly environment and welcome you to come enjoy our winery.
