Orin Swift Mannequin Chardonnay 2021, California, United States: Orin Swift Mannequin 2021 Chardonnay is a full-bodied, barrel-fermented and matured California Chard with grapes sourced from Santa Barbara and Sonoma wine regions with a dollop of Napa grapes and some Viognier. The wine was aged up to eight months in French oak barrels (23% new). Toasty on the nose with nutty aromas, ripe stone fruit, tropical fruit, dried pineapple, citrus zest and a hint of vanilla plushy on the palate, enjoy it with some juicy pork chops from the grill.
