Benjamin Bridge Tidal Bay White 2022, Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: Benjamin Bridge, Tidal Bay 2022 is an off-dry blend of L'Acadie Blanc, Seyval, Riesling and Geisenheim grapes brilliant on the palate. The wine was fermented with wild indigenous yeasts and is a great example of Nova Scotia's first appellation wine. Vibrant with lemon zest, fresh melon, honeyed orchard fruit with a lip-smacking finish on a briny mineral note. So good with seafood and shellfish dishes, chill and enjoy it with freshly steamed lobster meat in drawn lemon butter.
