Reviews and Ratings

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The "Greg" series wines are Whitehaven's premium line. This elegant Sauvignon Blanc is made from fruit sourced from a single vineyard in Awatere and interestingly 5% was aged in old oak barrels. Beautiful, soft palate of citrus/grapefruit/lemon and a slight, dry stoniness. The wood is barely perceptible - very nicely done. Try with pan-fried trout or grilled chicken.
