Vibrant and invigorating with classic Sauvignon nettle and green citrus. A touch grassy but not overly so. Clean and fresh: a terrific match for vegetarian dishes, including grilled vegetables.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad, fresh oysters on the half shell, seafood salad.

Light-bodied white wine with pale lemon-green colour. Fresh cut grass, lemon, dried herbs, minerality. Medium+ acidity is balanced and refreshing. Enjoy with grilled vegetables, salads, lemon chicken.
