Faint aromas of apple orchard and grass. Lovely citrus zip on the palette with flavours of lime, lemon and minerals. Very balanced acidity and a long tart finish.

Absolutely lovely on its own. This would pair with many dishes including chicken, turkey, fish and shellfish.

Refreshing mouthwatering acidity, zesty citrus, wet stone minerality. Pairs well with pan seared filet of sole, or tuna sashimi. Well balanced, medium body. Tasted 2016 vintage in Sept 2018. 91 points

Aromas of lemon, lime, with a stony note and some white pepper. Bright acidity on the palate, and some grassy herbal notes. Enjoy with any fresh seafood.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon coloured with a glistening green hue. Aromas are zippy with lime citrus and green apple touches reflecting into the flavour with mineral softness and fresh herbs at the back. Lively and keenly austere. Acidity is bright and balances nicely with the medium body. Perfect to sip on its own, or try with seafood shrimp ceviche. 90 points - tasted September 16, 2018

A lovely wine to experience Austria. Green apple, citrusy and touch of sweetness on the initial palate that makes it approachable at any time
Colin McKone - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Very pale straw in colour with aromas of lemon, minerality, green apple and white grapefruit. It is light bodied with mouth watering acidity and flavours of white grapefruit, tart green apple and white pepper that lead into a medium citrus & pepper finish. This will pair well with seafood, green salads and soft cheeses. Tasted on September 16, 2018.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Crisp and refreshing Austrian Gruner. Green apple and bright lemon notes on nose and dry palate. Enjoy with shrimp ceviche.
Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier reviewed this wine as follows:

Aromas of cantaloupe, lime, freshly cut grass, and a saline quality. The canteloupe flavours follow through on the palate, as well as clementine, lime, and herbal notes. It is medium bodied, has good acidity, and has a slight effervescence on the palate.

Wine-Food pairing: Pan-Seared white fish or scallops.
