A gorgeous, luscious, organic Niagara red wine made from the seductive Pinot Noir grape, of which 40% was whole cluster pressed and hand harvested. Glinting ruby gems in the glass. Medium-bodied, supple and smooth with aromas ripe dark cherry, fresh-turned earth and some spice. Long, satisfying finish. Pair with veal cutlets or roast turkey or chicken.

On the nose: Strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, cedar box, roses,

On the pallet: Strawberry, raspberry, roses, and spices

A fun and easy going wine. Nice red fruit and spices. Well balanced with the right amount of acid and tannin. Drinks well with an arugula salad.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

dried fig and hickory smoke, ripe cherry and black pepper. Mint and tarragon. Pair with your thanksgiving or Christmas bird and stuffing. Or with some dark chocolate for an after-dinner treat.
Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A beautiful Niagara PN which is evolving a little ahead of it's time. It shows serious levels of cherry/ stewed cherry flavours. Softer acids from the warm 16 vintage. Great length and a touch more alcohol than sometimes seen with PN. Drink now to 2020.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Interesting! This is very good and tasted different than was apparent on the nose. Smoky strawberries and earth with red fruit flavours of pomegranate, raspberry, and light red plums. Acidity is medium and well balanced with the light body and medium minus finish echoing with raspberry leaf herbs lingering into the finish. Pair with smoked meats and charcuterie. - tasted November 2018
Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Super unique, with cherry, decomposed flowers, iodine, vanilla, and chalk. Pair with pickerel or rainbow trout. 89 Points.
Simon Chen rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

fresh, raspberry aromas on the nose. Good acidity and a bit rustic texture on the tongue. May need few hours to open up but good balance
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Cherry, earth, cola aromas and flavours predominate on this organic Pinot Noir. Strong cola finish.

Nose: earthy sweet red cherry, forest floor, mushroom, leather
Palate: spicy cherry, leather tobacco, mulch, gripping but light tannin & body with vibrant acidity, lingering finish
Pair with: chicken & mushroom pie, roast poultries, salmon, charcuterie boards
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Light-bodied, pale, watery red coloured, cherry, raspberry, cough drop, roasted beet, hint of earth, savoury. Bit of a short, tannic finish, but nice and chewy. Tasted November 2018
Colleen Fitzgibbons rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Distinctive nose. Ripe raspberry and cherry. Vanilla, smoke, compost, coffee.
Cherry candy and strawberry rhubarb pie on the palate. Would be interesting paired with turkey dinner with plenty of gravy, cranberry sauce and a fatoush salad made with pomegranate molasses.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 85/100 with the following review:

Stewed plums and baking spices with a hint of leather. Light bodied with medicinal cherry flavours and a short finish.
