Dark, savoury, meaty and full-bodied. This is a terrific wine for rich and flavourful meaty dishes. Heart of darkness wine with a golden-good price. Dried herbs and spices on the finish. Love that the grapes all come from local growers. This La Posta is more robust than the winery's Angel Paulucci red wine.

Malbec food pairings: lamb cutlets, beef tenderloin.
