Reviews and Ratings

Jacky Blisson rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Full bodied and dense with baked cherry and cassis aromas. Hints of licorice, balsamic and tar notes follow on the palate. The moderate acidity is balanced nicely by the rich fruit and smooth, rounded tannin. Toasty, cedar oak defines the finish.
A terrific Primitivo at a great price with seductive notes of vanilla smoke, blueberry and pencil lead. Finishes with black cherry. - Community Wine Review
