Reviews and Ratings

The guiding force behind Emmolo Vineyards, Cheryl Emmolo was married to Chuck Wagner of Caymus fame for 15 years before she moved on and established her own property. Medium-deep ruby colour with a hint of garnet. Aromas suggest raspberry pie, smoked meat, vanilla, cranberry and woodsmoke. Dry with concentrated smoky/fruity tones. It’s quite big and boisterous on the mid-palate with lively acids and bright fruit. Some moderate tannins add structure. Raspberry, smoke and cranberry all make welcome replays on the finish. Cellar it a year or two, or enjoy tonight. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
