Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon colour with aromas of citrus, yellow apple, pear, grass, honeysuckle, hints of peach and stoney minerals with faint clay notes.

On the palate quite vivacious and vibrant! Peach, grapefruit and oh so much gravely goodness. This is a unique varietal- Chasselas otherwise referred to as Edelweiss. Medium plus acidity, medium body, and finish with some white pepper and dried herbal characteristics present at the end and throughout. Also, a touch flinty with some gravel and mineral notes. Pair with grilled seafood, clam linguine alfredo and soft cheeses.
From Switzerland, Caves Orsat Treize Étoiles (2016) is made from the regional grape, Fendant (Chasselas) from the Valais wine region. Nice florals on this crisp white wine made to go with --what else -- Swiss raclette or fondue. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
