Bottle size: 750 ml

Natalie's Score: 88/100

This robust Spanish red wine is a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano from the heart of the Rioja region. Lots of juicy, mouth-watering aromas wild blackberry and blackcurrant. Terrific value for this classic red wine that has the depth and richness of cherry liqueur flavours, but is bone dry. Full-bodied and tasty with a velvet texture. Pair with rack of lamb. Yes please!

Food pairings: smoked sausages, lamb stew, venison steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Made from 90% Tempranillo,10% Graciano with vinification in stainless steel, aged 12 mos in Am oak. Dark garnet with light aromas of tart cherry and vanilla. Medium-bodied palate shows fruit-forward cherry, vanilla, touches of leather & toasty oak. Enjoy with grilled lamb chops or savoury tapas.
