Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Blended from 43% Pinot Gris, 34% Gewurztraminer, 12% Viognier, 7% Semillon, and 4% Chardonnay, this wine is made in the Prosecco or Charmat syle, this bubbly is fresh and pretty, with aromas of pear, peach, white florals, and a touch of honey. Light, vibrant and refreshing, with soft but persistent bubbles, and bright acidity. Dry and crisp on the palate, with a touch of honeyed sweetness on the finish. Enjoy as a patio sipper, or with fried seafood or shellfish.
Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This week, I tasted two beautiful wines from Hester Creek Estate Winery. One of my favourites was from the winery's Foundation Series, Ti Amo (translates to "I love you") and I do love this Charmat method, lifted and happy bubble with a frizzante fizz. Medium-bodied and barely dry (12 g/l residual sugar) it is a fresh and vegan-friendly blend of 43% Pinot Gris, 34% Gewürztraminer, 12% Viognier, 7% Sémillon and 4% Chardonnay that comes in at an easy-going 11% abv.

This is the first year the winery has added Viognier and Chardonnay to the blend. The Viognier provides lifted fruity apricot notes, while the Chardonnay adds structure and complexity to the wine. Fragrant with light intensity aromas of rose petals, apple compote, clean and refreshing on the palate with ripe stone fruit, a light toast. Chill and enjoy it on its own or with light cheeses like Edam and Fontina. Drink through 2024. Tasted September 2023.
