Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Such a pretty blend of Viognier (44%), Pinot Gris (35%) and Gewurztraminer (21%). So fragrant and floral, this has aromas of white floral, peach, melon, and grapefruit with notes of honey, warm spices and even a slight mineral hint. Slightly off dry, medium bodied, and balanced nicely are rounded tropical and citrus fruit notes, medium acidity on the palate, and a touch of spice on the finish. I would have this as a patio sipper, or enjoy with light white fish or shellfish dishes.
Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Really an apt name for this wine! You have a splash, and another splash and.... well, you get the idea. This one should be classified as dangerously drinkable. *(*

The thing about a blend (Splash is a blend of Viognier, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer) is getting it right. And Riverstone has definitely done so with this vintage (2022). Off dry and fragrant with aromas of passion fruit, guava, citrus zest, a kiss of spice, supple, juicy and so easy to enjoy! Tasted July 2023.

Grapes for this vintage were hand-harvested and sourced from River Rock Vineyard & Boulder City Vineyard with the Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer from River Rock Vineyard. The Viognier grapes came from the Boulder City Vineyard. All vineyards are on south-facing slopes where soils are composed of rock, sand, and gravel from the last glacial recession. Each lot of grapes were fermented separately with select yeast strains. After fermentation, wines were racked off the lees several times over a few months prior to blending, finning, filtering and bottling.
