Melanie Lloyd rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Made from Xinomavro, a beautiful Greek grape variety that is not well known here in Canada and is hard to find in Ontario stores. This wine comes from Naoussa, in the Macedonia area of Greece which produces fantastic Xinomavro. Aged 2 years in oak barrels and then 2 years in the bottle, this wine is earthy on the nose with aromas of dried eucalyptus, fallen autumn leaves, dark honey, plum, sour cherry, potpourri, cedar, green olives, beets, and vanilla.

On the palate, it is medium bodied with fresh acidity and with flavours of blackberry, roasted cocoa beans, floral notes, and smoke. The tannins are present and have grip. Decant before serving. It still has lots of life and could use a bit of time so I bought an extra bottle to keep in my cellar.

Wine-Food Pairing: Pair with barbecued steak, beef brochettes, barbecued Portobello mushrooms, or with sharp cheeses.

Natalie's Review

Boutari Grande Reserve Xinomavro 2013, Naoussa P.D.O., Greece: A great value, full-bodied Xinomavro with layers of dark berry and plum fruit, raisin, savoury spice, leathery and smoky flavours on the palate. Pair with aged cheeses. Nice now but can easily cellar for three more years. Drink: 2019-2025. 140111 12.50% XD 750 mL  $25.95 Score: 91/100. November 7, 2019 Top Rated Red Wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
