Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Love, love, love the Cerqueira Vineyard Semillon from Bartier Bros. Year after year, the winery consistently delivers on this zesty, dry Semillon with layers of ripe Meyer lemons, honeyed stone fruit, soft spice and grassy flavours on the palate with its hallmark lingering dusty, flinty mineral finish. So good. Paired with grilled Argentinean shrimp.
Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

If you are familiar with Semillon, buy it because you are going to try something new. If you aren't familiar with Semillon, buy it because it is cool and well made.
It comes from the single vineyard, called Cerqueira.
Medium lemon, extra dry, and subtle aromatically.
Look for melon, lemon, green olive, and pear. It is medium bodied and has good acodity. Sometimes Semillon can get too fat and overripe, sometimes it is made underripe (like in Hunter Valley, wjere that is an intentional result of when harvest happens). Bartier's straddles these kinds. It balances acidity, but has some good body.
What makes this particular wine unique is where it was made. Aside from being handled well by the winemakers (natural yeasts and low production), Cerqueira is located on the Black Sage Gravel Bar; a collection of glacial deposits (limestone, schist, gneiss among others).
