Christian Marcoux rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

It’s not everyday that we have the chance to taste a Premier Grand Cru Classé. The Clarendelle 2014 is inspired by Chateau Haut-Brion and is an everyday wine that was created with the same mentality of excellence and savoir faire. Clarendelle 2014 was produced by Domaine Clarence Dillon which is a family owned society that owns prestigious Chateaux and Domains like Haut-Brion and La Mission Haut-Brion. The 2014 vintage was made using 74% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 6% Cabernet Franc. The nose shows gentle aromas of blackcurrant, rose, leaves, caramel and oak. Elegantly, the wine reveals a medium body with a well-balanced finish. Blackcurrant, red cherry, bay leaf, coffee, a touch of vanilla and oak close this charming and well-structured Bordeaux wine. The Clarendelle 2014 will please the Bordeaux wine lover with its quality and complexity. Enjoy!
Wineboy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lots of CF character here. Lifted aromas of raspberry and graphite. Quite smooth and plummy with oak accents on the palate. A chocolate note late.

Natalie's Review

Clarence Dillon Clarendelle Red 2014, Bordeaux A.C., France: In 1935, Clarence Dillon purchased Chateau Haut-Brion and created an homage to the Francophile American Clarendelle, according to the back label. This wine is aged in oak barrels. A rustic, tannic Bordeaux red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes. Aromas of black fruit, toasty oak and dark spice. Pair with a rare steak or grilled lamb. Decant for 2 hours. Drink: 2018-2022. 28837 13% XD 750 mL  $24.95 Score: 87/100. July 7, 2018 Luscious Lamb Wine  Full Review

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
