Sylvain Segard rated this wine as
86/100 with the following review:
A Charmat method blend of Chardonnay, Semillon, and Malbec. Fine bubbles, pale yellow straw colour, and aroma of crisp yellow apples. Good acidity. Tastes mainly of fresh apple and citrus with a suggestion of tropical fruit and mild toasty notes. Not much complexity given the grape varieties that compose this wine, but great value for this price. Score 86. (S.Segard, reviewed Sept 15, 2017)

Truly an incredible price point for the quality of this delightful Argentinian sparkler from Mendoza’s Uco Valley. An interesting blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Semillon and 10% Malbec, vinified by charmat method. Pretty pineapple nose, bursting with aromas and flavours of granny smith apples. Extended maturation on its lees imparts complexity and inviting aromas of freshly baked brioche. Luxurious mouthfeel, persistent mousse and lingering finish. Great aperitif or paired with sushi and seafood dishes. Tasted September 2017. Tania Thomas – www.runawaygrape.com

Trapiche winemakers Tasting - A fabulous blend of 70/20/30 Chardonnay, Semillon and Malbec grapes from the Uco Valley of Mendoza for this Argentinian sparkler.
Pale lemon colour with medium-fine bubbles. Aromas of vibrant pear, green apple, and an ever-so-quaint hint of under-ripe papaya and tropical fruit notes. Additionally there is an unmistakable but faint yeasty brioche element also present on the bouquet. This is a result of extended lees contact for an additional 3 months, using the charmat luongo (long tank) method. Medium minus acidity and finish with subtle dryness. (7g/L) An outstanding value! Refreshing, light bodied, effervescent and lively. The celebration is in the glass!

Outstanding value in this crisp, refreshing sparkler that shows baked bread, citrus, apples and pineapple notes. Rich and creamy from lees contact. Ideal as aperitif, or when served with fish, desserts or fresh fruit. Serve well-chilled at 8C. Made using the Charmat Luongo method, from a blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Semillon and 10% Malbec.

92/100 with the following review:
The value of this sparkling wine is unmatched. The Charmat method is used to make this wine and allows for 3 months in tank on the lees for the second fermentation. This offers yeasty, breadlike flavours. There are typical Chardonnay flavours of apples and pineapple matching well with a beautiful mouthfeel provided by the Semillon and Malbec.
Argentinian sparkling wines are rare to find and at this price it makes it difficult to pass up! Pop open a bottle and enjoy!
