Julian Park rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Premium Merlot grapes were sourced from the Black Sage Bench in Oliver. Hand selected, hand picked, hand sorted and hand destemmed. Aged only in French oak barrels – 50% new. Only 100 cases made.

This is a full-bodied Merlot. Aromas of blackberries, plums, and dark spices. The palate is full and rich with firm, ripe, dusty tannins and sage, black licorice and roasted red capsicum to go alongside the cocoa powder and espresso. I would recommend decanting before drinking or allow further ageing.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
