Definitely good with steak
Malcolm Lamont rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Priorat is one of my personal favourite wine regions, and along with Rioja, one of only two regions to hold the top Spanish Denominacion de Origen Calificada (D.O.Ca.).

This producer also happen to be producing phenominal wines in the area, this one with some Cabernet Sauvignon blended in.

Medium ruby in colour. Wow! Mocha, cedar, clove, tobacco, funk, and red cherry aromas.

This will be excellent with lamb, or a roast.

Natalie's Review

Rotllán Torra 2011, Priorat D.O.C.A., Spain: This Spanish Crianza is savoury and juicy with great complexity and depth. Smooth and full-bodied with lusciously ripe and fleshy dark berries. If you haven't tried many wines from the Priorat region of Spain, this is a great place to start. This wine needs no coaxing out of the glass. Decant for 1-2 hours. This full-bodied red wine pairs well with steak. The 2011 vintage of this full-bodied Spanish red wine is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 35% Mazuelo and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. This wine is matured for 12 months in American fine grain oak barrels from Tennessee and spends a minimum of another year in bottle before being released from the winery. Some vanilla spice on the finish. Drink: 2016-2018. 267989 14.50% D 750 mL  $24.95 Score: 93/100. August 5, 2017 Best Value Red Wine. Best Beef Wine  Full Review

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
