Greg Hughes rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

When I was first introduced to Chadsey's Cairns, a year or two ago, I was impressed that someone had the wits to recognize how interesting a Chenin Blanc could be in Canada. The rumour is the proprietors are looking to sell - for a small investment, you could own a trendy PEC winery growing one of the only VQA Chenins on the market.
The colour is striking - bright yellow, with a lot of green hues to it. Classic notes of waxy honeycomb and granny smith on the aromas.
Super refreshing and simultaneously mouthfilling. Flavours of green melon, lime juice, guava, sweet pea, kiwi, green banana, and maybe even sweet mint.
This makes a rare treat.
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A Chenin Blanc that reminds me of those from the Loire. Complex aromas of green apple, pear and floral notes. Smooth mouthfeel and some residual sugar. I think this wine will become even more interesting with a few years of aging.
Melanie Aubert rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Apparently made from some of the only plantings of Chenin Blanc in Ontario, this light-bodied white wine is full of green apple flavours, minerality and a hint of citrus. Would make a great seafood wine.
Jane Staples rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Made in a Vouvray style, differentiating this lovely Chenin Blanc from the South African style. Crisp, light-bodied and dry, with fresh aromas and flavours of green apple and pear. Good acidity and lots of apple on finish.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
