A light-bodied, crisp wine with notes of green apple, lemon and steel. There is a beautiful hint of ripe apricots mid-palate. The bright acidity can handle the strength of soft cheeses, and is also great as an aperitif or with light appetizers. An easily affordable Chablis that comes from the heart of Chardonnay's homeland.

Pale lemon in colour, with flavours of lemon, green apple, apricot, biscuit and a slight minerality. The simple flavours linger on the elegantly refreshing finish.
Drink now, or keep until 2015.
Pair with delicately prepared fish, or sip on its own.

Lovely white Burgundy. Clear,pale lemon-green in appearance. This youthful Chablis flirts with medium(-) aromas of green apple, lemon, peach, biscuit, honey, some white floral and touch of minerality. Dry and palate cleansing acidity with medium alcohol at 12.5%.
The palate picks up gooseberry and zest.
Everything in this wine is nicely balanced and finish is medium+ and refreshing. At $21.95 a nice expression of Burgundy Chablis.
Pasta with cream sauce, Brie w/fruit, roasted chicken, or patio sipper.
