Exotica lovelia! That's my made up Latin for I likes it. Toasted almond, daisy blooms and happiness piercing through clouds. Chardonnay Old World style in all it's glory.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

For the white Burgundy lover in your life! A beautiful wine.
Medium lemon-green colour with a clean refreshing nose of apple, melon, lychee, smoke, honeysuckle, honey, clove, vanilla, burnt sugar and floral. All this and the wine is still developing!
The palate delivers the goods as well. Tree fruit, kiwi, vanilla, toffee, juicy bell pepper, smoked wood, nuttiness, honey minerality.
Acidity is med+ and balances the luscious complexity of this Montrechet.
Med+ body. Dry. Drinking beautifully now but has potential for ageing. Enjoy a little less chilled.
Pairing suggestions: roasted game hen, shellfish, turkey, fruit and cheese platter

This medium- to full-bodied white wine pairs well with fresh seafood in a cream sauce. Source: Winery

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
