From El Encanto Estate, Aconcagua Valley wine region, Cono Sur 8 Grapes 2019 is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from a single vineyard. Beautifully and precisely crafted, the wine is a dry, full-bodied blend of 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Malbec, 16% Grenache, 16% Carignan, 6% Carmenère, 6% Petit Verdot, 5% Petite Syrah and 4% Mourvèdre. The wine is fresh with aromas of rose petals, bright cherry, blueberry, cocoa flavours and slatey stony notes balanced with bright acidity on the palate. Very approachable now, enjoy it with steaks and chops from the grill.

Food pairings: veal cutlets, grilled chicken dishes, root vegetable casserole.

From El Encanto Estate, Aconcagua Valley wine region, Cono Sur 8 Grapes 2019 is produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from a single vineyard. A dry, full-bodied and elegant red wine blend of 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Malbec, 16% Grenache, 16% Carignan, 6% Carmenère, 6% Petit Verdot, 5% Petite Sirah and 4% Mourvèdre, there is a lot going on here! The wine is fresh on the nose with pink florals, ripe cherry, blueberry with a stoney mineral finish balanced with bright acidity and framed by cocoa powder tannins. Take a walk on the wild side, this wine is really interesting and great value at $20. Drink or hold to 2027. - Community Wine Reviews
