Reviews and Ratings

Cherie Cole rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This is a wonderful choice for a summer wine. Bursting with orchard fruit such as pink lady apples, ripe peach and a lemon-lime on the finish. This elegant and crisp white wine from Closson Chase would pair perfectly with spicy Thai food or fruit flan. Tasted July 23, 2017.
Dan Carkner reviewed this wine as follows:

Crafted in the Old World style, this Pinot Gris was designed as an approachable, easy going, yet elegant wine to be used as an aperitif or any time a little stress relief is in order. Fermented in 100% stainless and using two yeast strains, this wine features crisp, clean flavours with good fruit preservation. Aromas of orchard fruit and white flower draw the drinker in while stony minerality and cut grass add complexity. The alcohol has been set at 12% in order to create a sessionable wine that you won't need an excuse to open.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
