Portia Prima La Encina 2019, Ribera del Duero D.O., Spain: Portia Prima La Encina 2019 is a 100% Tempranillo produced from grapes sourced from the Pago del Pino Estate about 750 metres above sea level. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks at 28ºC. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels and is then aged for 15 months in the same oak barrels.
