Viña Olabarri Gran Reserva 2005, Rioja D.O.C.A., Spain: Love the mature tertiary aromas coming through on this Rioja red wine: truffles (the fungi kind, not chocolate), violets, old leather, cigar box and dried herbs with dusty earth.
