The Black Chook Shiraz Viognier 2015, Mclaren Vale, South Australia, Australia: Aromas of blackberry preserves, blackcurrant jam lusciousness with some mint. Layers and layers and layers of pleasure. Eyes closed kinda wine. Some violets and cedar on this finish. Highly recommended. Loaded with fleshy ripe dark berries and vanilla spice from toasty oak aging.
