Viña Tarapacá Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2007, Maipo Valley, Chile: A savoury and juicy cabernet sauvignon with aromas of fleshy black plums and blackberries. A full-bodied red wine that's smooth and imminently gulpable. Dark red in the glass, mouth-filling in the palate. Finishes with smoke and spice. Great with pizza. Terrific for such a bold red wine from Chile's Maipo Valley. Great depth and length in the glass and on the palate. Try it with gourmet hamburgers.
