Dry, medium-plus-bodied, the wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre and very approachable now with juicy dark plum, cherry, cassis, vanilla and subtle dark spices on the palate. Lovely now, pour with veal chops smothered in a rich mushroom sauce. This vineyard is flanked by two rivers (the Aygues and the Ouvèze) and is situated just east of Orange.
