Lemon, petrol (that's good) and lime lift clears away the clouds with a fresh spring rain finish. Almost perfect. Beautiful lemon petrol seductive nose. Vineland Estates Winery Elevation St. Urban Vineyard Riesling 2021, Niagara Escarpment, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Truly one of Niagara’s riesling masters. This incredible white is packed with flavour: bursting at the seams! Yet it’s also incredibly refined and ephemeral. Angel juice. Lots of minerality through the core and a laser-like focus on fruit purity, especially lime and lemon. I love that it's low alcohol yet packed with flavour. A spectacularly vibrant wine that bursts from the glass with lime blossom, lemon zest, white flowers and green apple. Try this lovely white with fresh seafood, shellfish, roast chicken or turkey.
