Louis Latour Pinot Noir Bourgogne 2012, Burgundy, France: This medium-bodied, silky Old World Pinot Noir has all the charm of a snappy elderly aunt. Wit, spice and and an acid tongue. Slightly stemmy, herbal and green, it's an acquired taste that I've definitely acquired having consumed many bottles of this as almost a house red. You want fleshy and fruity? Not here my dear.
