Bleasdale Bremerview Shiraz 2020, Langhorne Creek, South Australia, Australia: A portion of the Shiraz for Bleasdale Bremerview 2020 Shiraz (15%) was whole berry fermented and left on its skins for up to 12 days. The wine was matured in French oak puncheons and hogsheads (10% new) for 12 months making for a bright, fruity, medium-bodied and lifted Shiraz fresh with dark berry, bright cherry, black fruits, savoury on the palate. Excellent value at $23. If having it tonight, do decant it for an hour prior to pouring it with a prime rib roast, or hold to 2030 and enjoy it through 2035.
