Hahn Family Wines Cabernet Sauvignon 2020, California, United States: Hahn 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by Nicky Hahn & Family. Founded in 1980, the winery is owned and operated by the family. "Hahn" is German for rooster and the reason why a rooster is depicted on the label. Grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Lodi and Paso Robles wine regions and the Cab was barrel-fermented and also aged 20 months in French oak barrels. Dry, full-bodied and intense with blackberry, earthy violets, anise, cinnamon and clove spice finishing long on the palate. Tannins are ripe.
