Mouth-watering and delicious. terrific with grilled pork shops, beef or lamb with rosemary. The Grenache in the blend gives this wine an extra richness, while the Mataro lends rustic tannins and the Shiraz, fleshy fruit. Floral, but not overly so, more spring day fresh, let's go for a walk way. White peach and pear hanging in a sun-dappled orchard. Fresh, zingy and ready to enliven your senses. This terrific white is made form 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Marsanne grapes grown on 50-year-old vines planted in limestone and clay. This is a great example with seductive aromas of Asian pear and something I can only describe as black apricot. Oak imparts baked bread and wraps this wine beautifully. Dominus Christian Moueix Cabernet Sauvignon 2010, Napa Valley, California, United States: A rich, dark and complex nose of black fruit, smoke and tar aromas on this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Intensely concentrated yet supple red wine. Decant for 2 hours if you're going to drink soon (better to cellar). Dried tobacco and smoke on the finish, which is long. It's spectacular and a flagship red wine for California, and particularly Napa Valley. It's been 10 years since I awarded a perfect score of 100 points out of 100.
