Gloriously aromatic, this light, elegant, and off-dry frizzante makes a delicious aperitif. Bursting with floral, melon and grapey characteristics, its touch of sweetness is perfectly balanced by a light effervescence and a lovely seam of fresh acidity. My note: This is one of the most underrated sparkling wines of the world. You must try if you haven’t yet. Gorgeous notes of orange blossom, pear, peach and honeysuckle.
