Georges Gardet Champagne, A.C., Champagne, France: Vintages Wine Panel: For Champagne of this quality, this is a terrific value. This release will be from a more recent lot than the review below, but Gardet crafts a consistent house style. My note: A toasty great bubbly with white peach and green apple and freshly baked bread. 924654 12% XD 750 mL  $39.95 Score: 90/100. December 5, 2009 Favourite Sparkling Wine. Full Review
Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne, Champagne, Reims AOC, France Drink: 2015-2019. 365312 12.50% XD 750 mL  $68.25. January 1, 2014 Full Review
Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut Champagne, Champagne A.C., France: Bollinger is on of my favourite non-vintage champagnes: robust, complex, toasty and layered. No wonder James Bond loved it. Crisp and dry with a lovely mousse and persistent ting beaded bubbles that laced down the sides of the glass. Pair with tuna tartar. Drink: 2013-2019. 234104 12% D 375 mL  $43.95 Score: 93/100. November 8, 2014 Top Rated Sparkling Wine. Scrumptious Seafood Wine Full Review
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Brut Rosé Champagne, Champagne A.C., France: A top-notch producer of Rosé Champagne year after year, especially in this non-vintage bottling. Aromas of field berries. Crisp and refreshing. 158550 12% D 750 mL  $119.95 Score: 93/100. February 17, 2024 Top Rated Sparkling Wine. Gorgeous Gift Wine Full Review
Taittinger Nocturne Champagne, Champagne A.C., France: Toasty, bready and robust especially for a Champagne house known for the delicacy of its sparkling wines. This Champagne is a sparkling wine blend of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This is a special edition bottle of the Taittinger in purple glittering squares ("reflective tiles") meant to look like a disco ball. (It certainly does after several glasses of this bubbly.) The grapes are sourced from more than 30 different crus or villages and vineyards for the final blend: that's the magic of Champagne. This champagne has a slightly sweeter dosage than the regular bottles at 17.5 grams per litre and is combined is a long aging period in the winery's cellars to create a rich and robust bubbly ready for clubbing. Taittinger's Nocturne is matured for a minimum of 4 years before disgorgement (removing the dosage and sediment to put the final cork in) which creates richness and creaminess. Love this. Pair with sushi. Drink: 2016-2021. 618389 13.50% D 750 mL  $68.95 Score: 94/100. January 3, 2019 Top Rated Sparkling Wine. Sensational Shellfish Wine Full Review

Lallier Grand Cru Brut Rosé Champagne, Champagne A.C., France: A vibrant, full-bodied rosé Champagne with aromas of fresh strawberries and toast. Pair with shellfish. Drink: 2017-2022. 385179 12.50% D 750 mL  $56.95 Score: 89/100. January 3, 2019 Sensational Shellfish Wine Full Review
Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne 2008, Champagne A.C., France: A lovely, mature Champagne with toasted almond and dried fig. Serve chilled as an aperitif. Ruinart Brut Champagne Rosé, Champagne A.C., France: Elegant and delicious, Ruinart rosé Champagne is a vibrant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir produced by Fred Panaiotis. On the nose, this brut bubble is fresh with tropical fruits, raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry aromas; silky and vibrant on the palate with a delicate and persistent mousse of tropical fruit, little red berries, mint and pink grapefruit citrusy flavours. So good now. Drink: 2026-2028. 662536 12.50% D 750 mL  $159.95 Score: 97/100. August 24, 2024 Top Rated Sparkling Wine. Scrumptious Seafood Wine Full Review
