De Bortoli Wines Noble One Botrytis Semillon 2015, Riverina, New South Wales, Australia: A lusciously layered Australian dessert wine made from the classic Semillon grape. Rich aromas and flavours of honeyed apricot and peach preserves. Lovely nose of orange blossom, honey wax and white flowers. Terrifically concentrated sweetness at 231 grams per litre of residual sugar. Spreads with gorgeous textural weight across the palate. Australian dessert wines are often referred to as "stickies" however, there's nothing cloying about this wine and the only aspect that stickie is the memory of its taste. It has a refreshing finish. Pair with lemon tart, soft cheeses and smoked nuts. Drink: 2017-2023. 917252 10% S 375 mL  $29.95 Score: 96/100. October 15, 2016 Top Rated Dessert Wine. Divine Dessert Wine Full Review
