Jackson-Triggs Proprietors' Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2006, V.Q.A., Okanagan Valley, Okanagan Estate, British Columbia, Canada: Vintages Wine Panel: Jackson-Triggs’ Okanagan winery was named Canadian Winery of the Year at the 2008 Canadian Wine Awards – this wine shows you why. Some real personality here with forward dark chocolate and concentrated plum and blackcurrant aromas and flavors. This charmer is full-bodied, lush and friendly. It would make an excellent complement to a summer party. My note: Rich, warmer with layers of voluptuous texture. Mocha notes on the nose with coffee-spice, blackberries and black plums on the palate. Drink it now rather than wait. 126748 14.10% D 750 mL  $22.95 Score: 90/100. August 1, 2009 Full Review

Skinnygrape Rose, Canada: An off-dry rose made from a blend of syrah, primitivo and gamay grapes grown in various countries and bottled in Canada. The grapes get 12-48 hours of skin contact with the juice during fermentation to create the pink colour. Pretty rose of strawberry jam, light-bodied on the palate. The selling point for this wine is that it has just 80 calories, achieved by reducing alcohol to just 8%. Drink: 2014-2015. 350488 8% MD 750 mL  $11.95 Score: 84/100. December 4, 2014 Full Review
Beringer Founders' Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, California, United States: Very tasty black cherry liqueur on the nose and palate, hedged by a cedar brush. Beringer Vineyards White Zinfandel Rosé 2007, California, United States: Step back form your prejudices! Drinking white Zinfandel doesn't mean you're less evolved.
