Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 2014, Napa Valley, California, United States: Blackberry pie on the nose and palate wrapped in smoke and toasty oak which imparts lots of dark chocolate and mocha aromas. This Californian Cabernet blend celebrated its 40th anniversary recently. The family has been farming in Napa Valley for five generations. The winemaker is Chuck Wagner.
