Jackson-Triggs Delaine Syrah 2012, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario VQA, Canada: Full-bodied, supple and smooth Niagara red wine made from Syrah grapes, one of the most promising red wine grapes of Ontario. Notes of dark fruit and smoke. The Delaine Vineyards micro-climate creates a unique style. The wine is cold macerated and fermented for 20 days to preserve fruit freshness.
