The iron and quartz content of the gravel soils in which the vines for this wine are planted are perfectly suited to the Négrette grapes used for this wine. Very balanced rosé with outdoorsy, meadow fresh aromas, including wild berries. Spectacularly great price! Perfect aperitif or companion to seafood or cold chicken sandwiches.
