Rocca Delle Macìe Riserva Sangiovese Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2004, D.O.C.G., Tuscany, Italy: This wine is a blend of 90% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, powerful and gorgeously textured, this wine delivers all the goods. It has the balance and structure to age gracefully, but I’m not sure I can wait. Drink: 2009-2015. 930966 14.50% XD 750 mL  $26.95 Score: 92/100. April 11, 2009 Full Review
Marchesi de Frescobaldi Tenuta Di Castiglioni 2013, Tuscany I.G.T., Italy: A blockbuster blend of Cabernet and Merlot grapes with a splash of Sangiovese from northern Italy. The 2013 vintage is very fresh, more so than the 2012 vintage (which was a strong one). A lot of elegance in the glass here. Pair with braised beef. Drink: 2016-2021. 145920 14% XD 750 mL  $21.95 Score: 92/100. October 17, 2016 Top Rated Red Wine. Best Beef Wine Full Review
Castello di Gabbiano Riserva Chianti Classico 2013, Tuscany D.O.C.G, Italy: A vibrant, racy, smooth, full-bodied Chianti Reserva with great typicity of the region and terroir. Aromas of earth, smoke and dried black fruit. Mouth-watering and juicy. Pair with tomato-based meat sauces. Drink: 2017-2023. 216309 14% D 750 mL  $24.95 Score: 92/100. August 4, 2018 Top Rated Red Wine. Perfect Pasta and Tomato Sauce Wine Full Review
San Felice Il Grigio Chianti Classico Riserva 2011, Tuscany D.O.C.G., Italy: Smooth and robust with attractive wild black cherry and dark spices. Mouth-watering and very food friendly.
