Concha y Toro Merlot 2013, Peumo, Rapel Valley, Cachapoal Valley, Chile: Tannic with a big grip and lots of flavour. Concha y Toro produces a wide range of styles of wines in several regions. Their Marques De Casa label is consistently great year after year. This one offers big mocha and espresso aromas from the oak aging supported by fleshy ripe blackberries and black plums. Rich and smooth. It's more subtle on the nose then opens big, wide and satisfying on the palate. Try it with duck. Drink: 2013-2019. 939827 14.50% D 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 90/100. February 8, 2016 Top Rated Red Wine. Delightful Duck Wine Full Review
