Cave Spring Cabernet Franc 2013, Niagara Escarpment Ontario VQA, Canada: One of the best Ontario Cabernet Franc wines I've ever tasted. Rich, full-bodied with layers of dark plums, smoke and mocha. Beautifully balanced, with a sweet chocolate note on the finish, though this wine is dry. That extra kicks just makes it more luscious and delicious. Pair with grilled pork chops or lamb.
