Benjamin Bridge Nova 7 2013, Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: This lovely honeysuckle, apple blossom pleasure is never cloyingly sweet. It's also just slightly effervescent, enough spritz to make it refreshing and give a zip to your palate. It's a lovely pairing for the Canadian Feta Apetina, which can be crumbled by hand and is divine with virgin olive oil and some herbs.
